Notre Dame Mongram Club Communications Associate
The University of Notre Dame Department of Athletics is currently accepting applications for a new Monogram Club Communications Associate position. 
Outline of Duties:
Responsible for developing, managing and coordinating all internal and external media and public relation efforts on behalf of the Monogram Club and its 7,000 members. Oversee and direct all elements of the media and communications plan for all Monogram Club publications to include: website; monthly e-newsletter; annual report; and various other membership materials. Serve as the archivist for the Monogram Club by maintaining electronic records and annually updating all cases within Sports Heritage Hall, the "ring of names" and graphics within the former players' lounge. Perform outreach and research on former student-athletes. Develop and implement a plan for the Monogram Club to venture into the realm of social media.
Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Journalism or related field preferred. Previous 3-4 years work experience in a related field required. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with limited supervision and the flexibility to work nights and weekends in order to cover events required.
Salary Range:
$32,000 - $45,000
